I'm planning a trip and could use some advice about using an eSIM for a work trip with lots of hotspot/tethering. What's the best way to handle this with a GotoeSIM?

Great question! In short: install your eSIM on Wi-Fi before you travel, set it as your data line, and turn on Data Roaming (it never costs extra — the plan is prepaid). It activates automatically when you arrive, and you can top up in the app if you run low.
