Terms of Service
Last updated: September 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GotoeSIM website and mobile applications ("Service"), operated by GotoeSIM ("we", "us"). By creating an account, topping up your wallet, or buying an eSIM, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
- GotoeSIM sells eSIM data plans that let you connect to mobile networks in supported countries and regions.
- eSIM connectivity is provided by our upstream partner. Coverage, speed, and availability depend on local networks and are not guaranteed.
- Your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked to use our plans.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service.
3. Wallet, top-ups & payments
- You add funds to a prepaid wallet balance in fixed amounts, and use that balance to buy eSIM plans.
- Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your card details are handled by Paddle and never stored on our servers.
- Wallet top-ups are a purchase of prepaid credit for use within the Service and are priced in US dollars.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase; where required these are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.
4. Delivery & activation
- eSIMs are delivered digitally, immediately after purchase, as a QR code and manual activation details inside your account.
- Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, the data plan is considered used and delivered.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
- You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to resell connectivity without authorisation, or in a way that harms our networks or other users.
- We may suspend or close accounts engaged in fraud, chargeback abuse, or other violations of these Terms.
7. Liability
- The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions in mobile-network coverage outside our control.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Contact
