My plans changed and I haven't used my the Maldives eSIM yet. Any options?

If your the Maldives eSIM is unused, please contact support at gotoesim.com/support with your order number and we'll help — unused/unactivated plans can usually be refunded to your wallet balance. Once a plan has connected and started, it can't be refunded, so reach out before activating.
