How do I set up my eSIM when I arrive in Brazil?

Landing in Brazil tomorrow. Do I install the eSIM before or after I land, and what do I switch on?

Install before departure while on Wi-Fi, then on arrival in Brazil set it as your data line and enable Data Roaming. It activates on the local network within a minute or two.
