My eSIM is installed but I'm not getting data in China. Help!

Three quick checks in China: 1) Settings › Cellular — is the eSIM set as your Cellular DATA line? 2) Is Data Roaming turned ON for the eSIM? (required, never charges extra). 3) Have you actually arrived in China? If all three are set, toggle Airplane mode once. Our troubleshooting guide has step-by-step screenshots.
