Not sure whether to set up the Kenya eSIM at home or wait until I get there.
Should I install my Kenya eSIM before or after I fly?

Install it at home on Wi-Fi before you fly to Kenya. Installation needs internet, and airport/arrival Wi-Fi can be unreliable. Once installed, it stays dormant and activates automatically when you reach Kenya.
