My eSIM is installed but I'm not getting data in Sri Lanka. Help!

Three quick checks in Sri Lanka: 1) Settings › Cellular — is the eSIM set as your Cellular DATA line? 2) Is Data Roaming turned ON for the eSIM? (required, never charges extra). 3) Have you actually arrived in Sri Lanka? If all three are set, toggle Airplane mode once. Our troubleshooting guide has step-by-step screenshots.
